Fun league and one of the more competitive it seemed as far as hitting the WW. Only thing I would think about changing...IMO...the flex spot. Open it up to use 3RBs as well? And the playoffs...come on, got to let 6 teams get in. It seems I'm the only one who likes the 4 playoff spots. OK fair enough. I'd as soon keep the full round robin though, do you think there's a way to do schedule a double-header week at one of these free sites? I imagine week 13 would be great for that. No NFL teams on bye, last week of the regular season, face off against two division opponents that week. Or, if that doesn't work, we could scrap divisions entirely and just assign two random extra games like 12 Geeks does. we do double header week 13 in our geek dynasty league

Id probably like the 4 playoff spots more if I was one of the 4.

lol ed and his crazy ideas!
I am perfectly fine with 3 divisions and 6 playoff teams. 13 weeks means you play each member of your division twice for 6 weeks and then each other team once but you would not play against one team. Not a big deal I don't think.
would it help the scheduling if we did 2 conferences instead of 3 divisions? i guess not.
im also in agreement with opening up the flex to include RB.

This is the first I've not been able to play a RB at flex and I liked it. It made the TE position a bigger deal. Also, there seemed to be a few more RB's on the wire and I liked that too. Don't get me wrong, I could have at times fielded a better team if the flex allowed a RB, but I like the flex just the way it is.

It's not a real flex, don't think of it that way. For years and years, standard leagues were a locked 1/2/3/1/1/1. And that's essentially what this is.
Traditionally, TEs were kind of crap. There were only about ~five that were worth beans and the next 20 or so were all the same. If you didn't land one of the top five, you'd pull one of the next bunch out the mediocre basket be happy if they got you a few points. But then in the last four years or so, teams started heavily using TEs to such an extent that nowadays, TE2s and WR3s are pretty much on par. This 'flex' just realizes that change and allows for a TE2 to substitute in for what was usually the WR3 spot -makes them interchangeable- helps TEs value out a bit since the position isn't second rate anymore; TEs in today's game are pulling their own weight.

lol ed and his crazy ideas! That's what I do. if you think about it, it would be a much better way of determining the top teams. Head to head is total luck

I'd have been the fourth seed if there were no divisions.

Your division idea blew. You are spot on here though.

Definitely would've drafted differently had I realized this.
