Outside of my left knee. Out of the blue, aching like you wouldn't believe. Step or bend wrong, a quick burning pain. It's not popping or losing stability, that I know of. Worst spot is on the outside, right where it goes from knee to thigh. Jesus it hurts.

Think that's the MCL, PCL is on the inside of the knee, obviously ACL goes down the pipe. Meniscus when its the joint itself feeling pain.
Could be a strain and you go to PT and strengthen the muscles around it. If it lingers more than a bunch of days I'd get it checked out
