I bet they build houses with drone pads for deliveries some day. Maybe a move-able roof so you don't have to go outside. Before that, maybe a motorized cart with a landing pad that you send out in the yard that returns inside with your goodies.

Seems like for his to work on scale, there would be some traffic problems. Millions of drones buzzing around...
And you know there will be drone jackings. People setting up big ass nets or just taking one down with birdshot to see if it's carrying anything worth stealing.
Or hijacking the frequency and rerouting it somewhere else.

Why don't people hijack UPS or Fedex trucks now? :unsure: It's not like they have any type of defense or way of stopping hijackers and they have 100 times the items, not just one. And that unarmed delivery person is going to thwart someone with a gun from taking all 50 boxes on the truck?
