The Browns signed Bowe to a two-year, $12.5 million contract in March and the former Chiefs receiver has responded with the worst season of his career.
Through 13 games, Bowe has caught three passes for 31 yards, which puts him five yards behind Brady for the 2015 season.
The ugly part for the Browns is that Bowe's contract includes $9 million in guaranteed money, so if Cleveland decides to cut ties with Bowe after the season, the receiver will get to walk away with $9 million in his pocket for 31 yards of work.
