Would you give up C.J. Spiller and Stevie Johnson for Harkeem Nicks and Alfred Morris?
12 team PPR
My current roster:
Aaron Rodgers CJ Spiller Lamar Miller Roddy White Stevie Johnson Jason Witten Greg Olsen Kendall Wright Greg Jennings Greg Little Danny Woodhead Rashad Jennings Marcus Wheaton Michael Bush Percy Harvin Ryan Tannehill Matt Bryant Chicago DEF

Yes. Immediately.
Spiller has more potential than Morris. But Spiller is hurt and a less safe bet to be productive. Nicks has more potential than SJ.

Didn't even look at your roster, didn't need to. Do this trade before the other guy sobers up. I don't care if you get anything from Nicks going forward or not; I would trade your two for Morris alone.

So, if this is such a good thing for me... why is he offering it?

So, if this is such a good thing for me... why is he offering it? Because Nicks just put up a big fat 0 with 1 target and Spiller is ridiculous with potential. Also, alcohol.

not in PPR
steve johnson is better than nicks and Alf morris doesnt catch passes.
plus, Alf morris is on bye next week.
if you are gonna do it, do it after alf's bye, that way you avoid a bye week for your #1 rb

Having said that, you're wrong in every way. I think that Nicks will actually catch more passes than Johnson the rest of the way (going out on a limb, considering the putrid performance last week). Plus, I think that Morris is the important part of this deal. Even if Johnson > Nicks, the difference isn't much. I think the difference between Morris and Spiller more than makes up for it.

Wait... now I'm confused. Is heavy-set telling me not to pull the trigger because he's in my league?
Here's my opinion, from a girl who doesn't know that much about football: I think Johnson is on the rise. He's been heavily targeted and seems to have a very good rapport with this new QB... so, I'm reluctant to trade him because WR is currently my weakest position.
Not sure about Spiller/Morris...

IMO, s.johnson > h.nicks but, morris is prolly better than spiller cause spiller is in a timeshare. but, a.morris is on bye next week, so why deal for him now? if you wanna do the deal thats, you arent getting ripped off, it just makes more sense to do it after alf's bye week. and not only are we in the same league, but we play this week. no a.rodgers , this week.

In my experience, an offer made this week may not be available next week. HTH
Trade or no trade, OM will have to deal with a bye week for Morris or Spiller at some point.... Trying to maneuver so that you never have a bye week but your trade partner has to deal with 2 of them for his top RB? Tricky and nice if you can pull it off, but a potential deal killer for a decent owner.

Hey heavy-set... if you read the fine print for our league, it clearly stipulates that you have to let OldMaid win.
