Replying to various comments...
1. Yeah, Asian chicks pretty much all look alike, more or less. On the plus side, there is pretty much an infinite pool of sweet, petite, pretty women. On the down side, there isn't much variety.
2. I wasn't eating kfc. Just coffee.
3. It amazes me to look at pictures from now and six months ago. I look so different. I'd like to say I feel better, more energy and whatnot, but I don't. Probably because I don't eat enough, which is why I lost it so fast in the first place. Soon I will have to start correcting that.
4. Yeah, she's pretty smitten. It was clear from jump street. Her friend joked that she has always wanted to date an American guy, so this was clearly a set up between them. She texts all the time now. Will be interesting to try to juggle the two. I'm inclined to keep this one in a friend pattern for a while, and just have a backup in case the primary girl pisses me off. We're about to spend a whole month together... Things could easily go awry there, so a spare is a good thing to have.
5. I'll effort some more... Exotic pictures. So far the one I've been naked with ain't down with that. I've snapped a couple, but sadly, they were lost when the battery in my phone crapped out last week. Plus I have to upload them to a cloud before she seizes the phone and deletes them.
She did take several pictures of my cack though. I said, joking, "what, you gonna show your friends?" She looked at me seriously and said "Dui. Meiguoren didi hao bang." (That would be "yes, American penis very good.") oh well. I guess a little good word of mouth never hurt a guy. I'm merely slightly better than average by White guy standards, but to a chick that has only seen Chinese ones, I might as well be Ron Jeremy. It's always nice to hear a gasp of shock when you whip it out.
Eta: that is one of the most fun parts. These chicks are 25 and have been with one or two dudes. And Chinese guys apparently have zero skills, aside from their equipment deficiencies. You'd think they'd learn how to munch a box, but no. So it is ridiculously easy to blow these chicks minds. And it's always fun to teach new tricks.

It's really not how much you eat but what you eat. Rice especially white rice is a bad carb and goes to the gut. I lost 6 lbs last week from not eating. Yay, but nay. Food tastes like shit on chemo. So find what you like fruits/veggies/whole grains/legumes and load up on that while cutting animal fat, dairy (go non fat if you must), all sugar stuffs and bad carbs.

I subsist on mainly white rice and noodles of various varieties. Very little meat, as I don't trust it unless I'm dropping some coin. I think it is mainly that I went from an American diet of mainlining high fructose corn syrup in damn near everything I eat and drink to eating a pretty much natural whole grain diet. Of course, I also ride a bicycle everywhere (it is really fun to weave through Chinese traffic. If I abruptly stop posting, either one of my girls killed me, or I got hit by a truck). I ride anywhere between five and twenty miles a day. When the weather finally gets warm, we will really start to explore the place. My roommate and I want to do a bike camping trip. Pick a place like 30-50 miles away, load tents and whatnot up on the bikes, and head off. Camp out on the way, near a village with a steady supply of beer and food. Talk the ladies into coming too of course.

It gets used quickly like sugar then you feel a low. Are there organic veggies there? How about stir fries with lots of veggies? Improve your diet with the good stuff and you'll feel better-- in addition to the exercise you get.

For dating bunch of asians your fuckin photo skills suck. Dating an Asian, I never have to take a photo. I know every insignificant moment will be well documented by her, for me to copy later. One day, I came home and she was wearing hello kitty pajamas, sitting on her weird Asian monkey bedspread, holding a teddy bear bigger than she is that I bought her, taking a picture using a selfie stick. I said "wow. Could you be any more Asian?" She was amused. She asked me "what are sterotypes of white people?" I told her we don't have any, because we are so awesome. Lol

Also dude... your in China for fucks sake. Get to a judo or kung fu gym and start learning. How fucking great would that be for the rest of your life, and a good way to bring cardio/muscle building. Fock them if they laugh at first... keep at it. Dude... i would love that. Strong body, strong mind, strong spirit. Those all go hand in hand bro. Your cleaning up your life.. might as well go for it!

Improve your diet with the good stuff and you'll feel better-- in addition to the exercise you get. I actually went to the hospital a couple weeks back. I would hair crash periodically throughout the day. Like can't make myself get out of bed to take my shoes off. I actually started to think I might have diabetes. I adjusted my diet. More fruit and veggies, and more protein, which mainly comes in the form of egg and tofu in these parts. I feel quite a bit better now. I've also been pushing myself too hard since I got here. Too much going out, drinking, chasing tail, traveling, exploring. I forget I'm not 25 anymore. So since it is frigid and smog ridden now, I'm resting up. Cause I'm gonna have a focking blast over the month long spring break. Chinese New Year (basically booze and fireworks galore) followed by two weeks in Macau (the Vegas of Asia) and Hong Kong. I may die, but I'll die with a shit eating grin dammit.
